EIV Portal comes with the following features for Employer and Candidate:

Resume manager: Resume Manager is a feature in EIV Portal that adds a resume submission form from the candidate’s dashboard and resume listings, all accessible to the employer from the employer dashboard. EIV Portal outputs resumes in a list, proceeded by a search/filter form which is ajax powered and the results are shown instantly from the search filters.
Applications Management: The application management feature in EIV Portal Allow candidates to apply for jobs using a form and employers to view and manage the applications from their job dashboard. Submitted applications get stored in the database and the employer also gets an email notification. With the application management feature, job applications can be given private notes, ratings, and organized by status (e.g. interviewed, new, archived) by the employer. Each application contains links to email the applicant, view their attachment (if applicable), and view their cover letter.
Job Alerts: this feature allows registered users to save their job searches and create alerts that send new jobs via email daily, weekly, or fortnightly related to a particular job type, category, or position. If you are logged in, users can save their search as an alert using the ‘add alert’ button.
